The QChord songcard guitar is
one of the most versatile electronic instruments that I purchased
in a long time. I guess the best part is that there are no
strings to tune or break. Suzuki has made it possible for musicians to express themselves
musically through a multi-purpose instrument, that doesn't
cost them an arm and a leg! (H. H., 2001)
I love my QChord Guitar, I keep practicing playing and singing
and it gives me hours of enjoyment. Thank you for having this wonderful instrument for people's
enjoyment. Grandkids love it too!! (C E, "A Satisfied
Customer", 2002)
After spending nearly
an hour on the phone with Abe (what a salesman!), I went ahead
and bought a QChord. I am blown away. I am delighted. I am
going back to playing my QChord. Thanks guys. (R. H.,
2003)
I love to play music. In addition to the Q-cord I also play guitar and mandolin. I have used the Q-cord at Church and weddings. I also play along with the
cartridges with my other instruments. I even take it with me to work. If it rains I Play with it while the storm passes .The kids and some of the elderly people like to play with it also. I do enjoy it
a lot. I thank you for the gift of music. (J.N. Aug 2004)
I got a QChord for my grandchildren a while back. They've had it for a while, and have obviously been enjoying it. Then I
borrowed it back, and just tonight finally got some time to myself to play with it again (only used it once before I gave it to them)!! I HAD A BLAST! No one home, blasted it loud...you can hardly make a mistake. It was soooooo fun! Well you can tell,
'cuz it's 11:30 now and I'm still up, lol. I know my grandkids had fun cuz when I got it back the BATTERIES WERE ALREADY DEAD!!...fingerprints all over it...and it still worked!!!...after quite the endurance test!. . . The COOL thing about this instrument, is you can play and make fun and beautiful music IMMEDIATELY. I want more song cartridges, I want songbooks, I want the McGuffey book....I want everything....LOL.
(L.P. October 2004)
I just bought a QChord about a week ago (have wanted one for about a year) - and I am having so much fun!
The instrument is surprisingly versatile; I'm still figuring out all
the variations, but I have been really pleased. Tonight I turned
everything down except the strumplate and "played" it like a guitar.
Went through all the MIDI voices....very cool! I'm hoping to use it in children's church...and maybe even morning
worship if I can get something worked up well enough. But here's the
real kicker: I played trombone for years...and it was never fun for
me, because I was too worried about messing up. With the QChord, I
just fiddle around and don't worry much. It's great! Anyway, one happy amateur musician here.

Autoharp Players
I JUST GOT MY FIRST QCHORD AND I AM IN LOVE!!!!!!! Okay, folks, I am a professional musician type, you know, one of those strange creatures that wanders around with music buzzing in my
head. I realize that this instrument has limitations but I am like totally impressed by all the stuff it CAN do and how
fantastically EASY it is to play. I am going to get a second one right away for my little boy so he and I can do some music
together. He loves it too!
I have been playing autoharp for years and they are beautiful but constantly tuning strings gets me
down . . . . The QChord is so far superior in every way that
... well, what to say. I am really having lots of laughs with my wonderful
QChord.
And, hey, I tell people that I am a professional musician. Who cares?
What I mean is that this little instrument is like having a push-button orchestra in the palm of your hands. If you happen to be a
big shot, that's nice. You will make it sing like a thousand snare drums. If you are a beginner, you will also make it sing like a
thousand snare drums. (J. June/July 2004)

Special
Education
I'm a high school teacher who works with a multitude
of disabilities in the classroom. I'm taking a special education
class at University and during a presentation on AD/HD this
week, I introduced the class to the Q.
I showed the video of the young autistic girl playing the
Q, then I demonstrated it. I also gave tips on how the Q can
be incorporated into a teacher's lesson plan. The presentation was a success primarily because of the Q.

Visually Impaired
Speaking from another blind perspective, the Q is far more
user-friendly than a lot of other things in this world. And I, as a visually impaired person, love it when things
are user-friendly. Now, if only my DVD player were more like
the Q.
(S.R., 2003)
I'm totally blind and have absolutely no trouble playing and recording with the QChord!

Worship
I have only posted once to this site but I couldn't resist . . . I recently took the Q on a
missions trip to Nicaragua. Some missionary friends of mine were having trouble getting through to the kids.
They came to Sunday School every week but there was no heart change. After the weeks lesson I took out the Q
and started playing some songs God gave me while my friend interpreted. My friends watched the kids faces
and was amazed to see that the music got through where they couldn't. (Paula June 2004)
I felt led about a year and a half ago to purchase a Q for a missionary friend in Honduras. . . . She loves it and the people love it. She can take it where she can't take a regular keyboard as they are out in the "boonies" so to speak. (MAS June 2004)
Physically Impaired
I have wanted a Q Chord for years (ever since a friend got one as a gift),
and I finally purchased one and have had it for two weeks now and my
husband and I are having a ball with it. He used to play guitar until an injury to his hand ruined his playing
so this has replaced what he lost! (SS Aug 2004)
I love my QChord! Since my accident, I had not been able to play my keyboard, my finger can't work that way anymore. My family gave
me my QChord and Praise God, I can now play & sing in church again! . . . Thank you and may God Bless you, you've brought music back
into my life and renewed my hope! (B.B. August 2004)
I am a music therapy student who has only just recently purchased my first Q Chord which I just love. The very first week I had it, I took it with me to my prac placement where I am working with a young guy with MS who has very limited use + strength in his hands. The Q chord was just perfect for him, the buttons were very easy for him to press and we had a great time
creating lots of great music. (K.H. Oct. 2004)
Hi! I am an adult with CP, I can use my right hand pretty much normal, but my left hand is stiffer. I think the Q is the best thing to come along in years for people with
disabilities . . . (C. Oct 2004)
Music Therapy
Because we know that music can produce both significant and
potentially rehabilitative psychological and physiological
changes in individuals, it is necessary to have a means of
making music that is accessible, transportable, adaptable,
and authentic musically.
I have found the QChord to be an
instrument that is uniquely qualified to meet these requirements.

Seniors,
Nursing Homes
Today I went to nursing home and played my q-chord
for the people. I was a little nervous but everything went
well. I used my surround sound from home with 4 speakers and a
subwoofer, hooked it into my CD back of my receiver. Man did
it sound great. I entertained them for 1 hour, I really felt
good about it. Those smiling faces did it. I want to thank whoever thought
of an instrument to play like that. (J.P., 2003)
I feel like a musician. I never have before. Even with four years of piano, I could never play well enough to accompany myself. But I did my second public performance yesterday at my grandmother's nursing home. . . .They love the old hymns and songs, and I love to sing. Now I can make us all
happy . . . . I can't wait to begin working on my new Christmas book. I have a gig bag and
an amp and everything. Wow. I still can't believe that I am my own accompaniment. (Rhonda Aug 2004)

LOVE the Q! -- Can't get enough of it! (R.A. June 2004)
I LOVE my Q, and just want to sit and learn more of how to put it
to good use, and enjoy the music it provides. . . . .I LOVE mine too! You could say it was Love at first sight! Couldn't wait to get mine and start strummin'. I am so glad to
hear you are as thrilled with yours as I am, and way to go, getting one for your son. The day I came home with mine, my grand daughter was only 10 months, and I held her hand to help her strum and she just smiled and bounced! Never too soon to get them started!
